Meeting of INBOC Office Bearers and Committee Members (National & States)

A meeting of INBOC Office Bearers and Committee Members of the National and State Teams was held yesterday, 18th March 2025, on the Zoom platform. Around 300 Committee Members and Office Bearers attended the meeting.

Shri Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary, INBOC, briefed the participants about the developments in the Conciliation Meeting held at the CLC Office, New Delhi, on the same day. He informed that as there was no positive outcome from the meeting, all members must gear up for the Nationwide Strike on 24th and 25th March 2025. General Secretaries of INBOC-affiliated units from across the country also addressed the meeting and assured their full support for the movement.

Shri R.K. Chatterjee, President, INBOC, called upon all units to stay united and fully prepared for the struggle ahead. He expressed confidence that the collective efforts of bank employees will lead to a successful outcome and that their demands—Adequate Recruitment, Implementation of 5-Day Work Week, and resolution of other residual issues—will be achieved.
