An “Organizational Effectiveness Training Programme” for Regional Secretaries of Bengaluru, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Ernakulam and Chennai Zones was held today on 13th August, 2023 at Chennai by All India bank of Baroda Officers' Association (AIBOBOA). The purpose of this program was to provide the Regional Secretaries with the skills and knowledge they need to be more effective in their role as a Regional Secretary
The programme was very purposeful meaningful and full of live interaction. Our Beloved President Sh. R,K Chatterjee and Mr.D B Mukupadhyay Ex.GM, kept everyone involved throughout the day from 10.30 am to 6.00 pm.
